Chrisland school is trying to hide the case, threaten to kill my daughter – Mother

A woman purporting to be the mother of a 10-year-old Chrisland School student who was allegedly r#ped during a school trip to Dubai claims the school has threatened to kill her daughter if she “speaks out” about her involvement in sexual acts.
“They’ve been threatening my daughter that if she comes out, they’ll kill her; that it’s a man’s voice, so she should be quiet, she shouldn’t reveal to me,” the mom said in a video that went viral.
We recall that Chrisland School in Lekki suspended a 10-year-old female pupil who was sexually molested and video recorded by her classmates during a school trip in Dubai.
The woman accused the school management of trying to cover up the case.
“I was on my way out of Lagos about a month ago.” So, I got a call from Mrs. Azike, the Chrisland headteacher, who said she needed to see me. I promised I’d come when I got back, and two days later, I showed up at the school. “When I arrived at the school, she was in her office with two other women,” she said.
“They wanted me to know that my daughter, whom I left in their care and who they brought to Dubai, kissed a boy, and the boy kissed her, and they discovered that they acquired that kissing thing from ‘truth and dare,’ which I said I would stop her,” she continued. They claimed they wanted me to take her phone so they wouldn’t have to practice it anymore, and I said OK.”
Some weeks later, the school’s principal Georgie Azike invited her to a Zoom meeting, she disclosed. At the meeting, “Mr. Akin, the meeting host, preached forgiveness,” noting that she was confused about the message. According to her, she did not know about the alleged rape until another parent showed a video of her daughter engaging in sexual acts with her schoolmates.
“So please, Nigeria, help me since Chrisland was attempting to conceal this matter.” “They were attempting to force us out of the road, and my daughter was going nuts,” she explained. “Please, as a mother, I require assistance. I’m pleading with my fellow Nigerians to assist me. Chrisland’s role in the cover-up of the rape scandal.”
She also claimed that the 10-year-old’s teacher verbally abused her, calling her “a worthless and useless girl in the midst of other children.”
The mother claimed that after she and her husband presented proof to Chrisland School administrators, their daughter was suspended.
“They took her for a pregnancy test without informing the father and told us they were sending her for a Covid test.” They handed her a suspension letter when we started confronting them,” she bemoaned.
Benjamin Hundeyin, a police spokeswoman in Lagos, said he didn’t know if the woman had filed a lawsuit.
“I don’t know anything about that.” Mr Hundeyin advised, “I believe you should call the mother if she has reported the case to the police.”
